will do, the most bothersome thing about is that he actually requested 2 payouts at the same time. one for a small amount which he received after about 5 weeks the other for a large amount which he still has not received.

I contacted Bodog and received a response. I also wanted to say that although most of our other sponsors are paying out much quicker - I personally still trust my money with bodog as well. However - I only recommend people signing with them if they realize the slow payouts right now. BD is a very big company with many different departments so it's not quite the same as being able to call Scotty or some of our other books and handle a problem immediately. Anyway here is the official response from the bodog team.

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service. Although we realize that our current payout delays are unacceptable, the changing climate of the online gaming industry is
something that cannot be avoided. Due to the legislation passed by US government
late last year, an unfavorable situation has certainly been created for US citizens who gamble online. However, we are doing everything possible to keep our services available to those clients. New restrictions on the third party that we use to cut checks limit the number they can print in a day. This has created a backlog because we have more requests then can be filled. All of our payouts are handled in a first come first served manor and at this time, the average delivery time for a Check by Mail is 20-25 business days.

It is important to note that these delays are temporary. While we guarantee that every client that requests a payout will receive one, we are simply unable to speed up the present delays. Once we are on top of the current backlog, we expect to be back to the speedy payout system that has earned our company one of the best reputations in this industry. As a company that has been in the industry for 11 years, we have never missed a payout and do not plan on doing so.

We appreciate the concern you have shown for your forum users and invite the individual clients to contact us for more information.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Requested two payouts: One on April 10th(large amount) and one on the 14th(small amount). I received my smaller payout in 2 weeks and have yet to receive my other one. I can understand everyone's frustration, but I do trust my money with them. What are the payout times for some of the other books?

i talked to a lady from bodog customer service on the phone today

lady spoke fluent english and had no accent, was very friendly/informative/knowledgable in helping me with my issue

however said that they recently switched to a lesser company from the US (she even went as far to say this was a HUGE risk on there part) - in which they dont have a good relationship with yet

Bottom line- bodog has been great but hearing that makes me want to pull my funds ASAP

funny how when she looked up my account said how valuable i was to bodog and they thank me for being a client for so long etc, etc, etc.... business must be slow

Need some help with a payout

I request a payout of 2,000.00 from bestlinesports on March 7th. I was supposed to go to my savings account. Unfortunately, the day after I requested my bank wire from them, I found out my savings account had an unauthorized withdrawal on it. My bank had to close my account.
Now 2 weeks later, Bestlinesports is telling me they have to wait until the money comes back to their processor. I'm still not sure what that means. I've been calling and even sending emails (some which have not been returned) I've had a few emails from the Accounts manager telling me the funds should be credited to my account shortly. That was 1 week ago.
I've made other w/d's from bestlinesports and have always been paid.
What should I do now?

Anyone with suggestions?
