Book with low withdrawl fees?

Does anyone know of a book that is open to US residents that has low withdrawl fees?

I currently use thegreek, but the cheapest way for me to get my money out is $35 (delivery via dhl) which is a lot when i usually only deposit $100-200. they list a $10 mail option on their site, but when i asked for it they said it isnt available anymore. (i wonder why they continue to leave it on their site?)

any help here would be appreciated.

if you mean echeck and mycitadel... they are not available for US residents.

Sesh: I'm not an idiot. I did look at the withdrawl methods listed on thegreek's site. the problem is none of the cheap ones are available to US residents.

betcris has a free payout option if you cash in your bonus points (you get one for every dollar you bet) it costs 2500 bonus points. not sure how much you bet, but might be worth taking a look at. Bookmaker should offer the same thing
