Caris & Company upgrades Above Average to Buy. Target $31 to $35. Caris upgrades NTAP to Buy from Above Average and raises their tgt to $35 from $31 following earnings. The firm says the co is through several one-time negative factors (seasonality in FQ1, front-end loading CQ2 results in CQ1, and negative effects from its low-end FAS200-FAS2000 filer transition) and the co is now feeling much more optimistic about its CH2 outlook. They also say the $1 bln stock repurchase plan only adds to the story.

NTAP traded in Thursday's range on Friday.

The high on Thursday was 26.45
the low was 24.76.

Friday's high 26.38
low 25.39

Stock closed at 25.98 and formed a doji. If it can pass Friday's high, we should get a run out of it and it will definitely break out of the short-term range it is in right now.

U definitely have some stones if you are trading this one. But, if you are thinking what I am thinking then I like the way that you are thinking. Haha. Sort of a it's been beaten down play?

What do you guys think of JNPR here?
