Break Even Point Of Buying A Home : ?

Thought this would be intersting discussion :

What is the break even point for anyone buying a home ?
I've posted a link below called an ammortization calculator,
which is different than the

annual statement you get from the mortgage from your bank :

See how many years it takes on the example provided.

you can click back and plug in numbers to see what applies to you

Break even point would be when do you start paying more
towards the principal rather than the interest of the loan?
