Wake up a little earlier so you don`t have to enter the rat race to get breakfast. In other words, start your day off with a simple breakfast at home and avoid all the stress that people might or will bring upon you. When you are talking fast food, it`s no different than frozen food from a store. Discipline yourself if you like to start your day off right. Give yourself time in the morning to think what you need to do whether it is work wise, day off or just not giving a fu*k. I`m old school and just because I don`t get into the newest fast food treads or fads, it works for me and it might work for you. They say that history repeats itself, and trust me, it does. Hell, I`m 54 going on 35.
