Breaking my cherry with Investing
I am at a point in my life where the wife and I have some extra scratch and are looking for the best way to maximize earning potential. We were looking at real estate but I just read that the market is heading down and stocks are a better option. So... I was thinking about signing up with a brokerage house like schwab? Don't really know too much about stocks and was wondering if anyone had some tips about getting started. Thank You.
