Bring some clarity to an un-altered mind

Bring some clarity to an un-altered mind
In my time on the forums there are many varied types of people that I have encountered. Some serious, some funny and some delusional and some who change depending on what side of the topic they are on. One thing I have also noticed is how many people either use, have used or are totally accepting of those that use drugs. It’s no secret that I don’t now nor have I ever used drugs but many of you have. It got me to thinking, do users classify themselves in relation to other types of users?

Does a crystal meth user look down on say a huffer? Does a heroine user think they are superior to a crackhead? Do those addicted to prescription pills consider themselves less of an addict than those who use cocaine? On the flip side, does the huffer consider himself the lowest form of addict?

I find it ironic that a cokehead wouldn’t allow a crackhead in their house nor even allow a huffer to manicure their lawns but I’m sure in some areas of life this is the case.

So sound off, are there sliding scales and accepted class levels amongst drug users?

We're all drug users. It's human nature to "catch a high". This also displays the inherent hypocrisy.

On this forum, I'd be willing to bet (irony intended) that most of use gambling as a rush.
Adrenaline is a drug right? So is caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and religion... I wonder what percentage of people here use any of these substances. Funny thing is, I have a feeling that they do indeed look down on other "drug" users. There's the hypocrisy.

Isn't it strange that someone who willingly puts poison in his/her body looks down on someone that willingly puts a natural medicine in his/her body because the former is legal and the latter is illegal?

Thinking about this sort of thing makes me want to get high.
