She already had someone release some photos of her once before...
The judge in the case dismissed it on the premise that her 'sexuality' called for it (basically saying if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck it must be a whore)... I think if her name was Hilton she would have had more power in that case... but with this one I really think she has a good case in Divorce court if he chose these kinds of actions in response to papers being served... on a side note... His new video... he really tries to come off to imitate Justin Timberlake but it doesn't come off well...
