Edmonton man charged with taking photos up skirts
Cell phone camera attached to shoe Canwest News Service Published: Wednesday, July 09, 2008 EDMONTON - An Edmonton man has been charged with voyeurism after police found him wandering a drugstore with a cell phone camera tied to his shoe. Security staff in a downtown drugstore first noticed the bizarre behaviour at about 3 p.m. Tuesday. Police say a 23-year-old man kept standing close to female customers. He'd place his foot near or between the legs of the woman before moving away. Security called police and they found the man still in the store. He had attached a cell phone to his foot and was using the built-in camera to take pictures under women's skirts. The man was arrested without incident. He was charged with voyeurism and mischief.
