Buying concert tickets

Does anybody have any accurate info on this subject? Back in the day, we could wait in line for hours and hours and get good seats. Now, you are fighting all the scalpers and the internet. Should I try and log on to Ticketmaster right before they go on sale or do I chance it getting into line with hundreds and trying to be the first few for the "lottery". Any info would be appreciated.....Thanks, kevin

Well, I was wondering about that, but on ebay there is already tickets for the concert, but the concert doesn't go on sale until Saturday. How did these people get these tickets. If I try by ticketmaster on line, would I be able to smag some good seats?

Usually brokers have tickets early because of their connections or they buy directly from season ticket holders.

Your best bet is to be online the minute they go on sale. Just keep refreshing the page until they allow you to buy them and then sit back and wait. Works all the time for me. Just make sure that you have all of your info ready to go, including the credit card number, because they only give you a couple of minutes to complete the transaction.

Another helpful idea is to create a ticketmaster account ahead of time. It will help you expedite the transaction when they are available for sale.

Good luck!!!
