Question Buying a PS3 tomorrow, or a 360

I still can't really make up my mind. I haven't had a game system or anything since I had a PS2 like 5 years ago.

Everyone I ask seems to have mixed reviews. I definitely plan on getting online and playing too, so is there a difference in online gameplay or anything?

Just wanna play a shit load of sports games, maybe a couple of those war type games that are blowing up. and that UFC game, is that even out for PS3?

Just trying to figure out A) biggest pros/cons of each B) which has more games C) which has better games

obv the main games i'm looking for are nba 2k series, nba live series, madden, etc etc which are out for both, but other than those which system has the better selection?

going tomorrow to pick 1 of these guys up so lookin for any advice i can get.

ps3 is a beast of a system... things are just kicking off for ps3 with this new price drop and there is a ways to go before developers get the most out of the system

have both, ps3 is better...blu ray makes it worth it alone...360 has more games, but like the interface/graphics/online play of ps3 better

ps3 is free to play online. xbox 360 cost money. ps3 better graphics and comes with the blue ray player as a bonus. they each have there own games for each system but both have all the sports games your looking to play. i would suggest the ps3 even though i love the 360 too. just bought madden and nba live on sale black friday so ready to game online. good luck with witch one you chose.

this is one of the main arguments you will get from the 360 guys... but that is what I meant by the ps3 just getting started. The price drop just kicked the game off... I think you are gonna see the games start to come out now.
