Anyone ever take this thing? And what does it prove?

The one for body fat %?

If your talking about the one where they pinch your skin (anthropometry) its for body fat percentage. However its not necissarily accurate because the formula they use is the same for everyone of the same weight no matter what your height is. So a short person who is jacked is going to 'be told' by the test that they are fat.

DEXA BI and water displacement are the best way too go if your realy want to know, but they generaly cost more.

maybe long long story. Cutbacks in the county budget took me off the street and back into the jail as a jail guard. The long story is how I have been jerked around by the sheriff's office. Sick of the politics
