Calling all cooks

I have a full duck and 3 duck breasts to cook tomorrow. Any suggestions for the full duck? Thinking of just roasting it. What would you serve with it? Thinking of a garlic yam mash. Also bought some port to assist with the taste

Balsamic reduction is very good with duck breast. Lingdonberry jam is great. Serve with some wilted bok choy, arugula or spinach. You could also break down the whole duck and give yourself some more breasts, and confit the thighs and legs. Very versitile. Have fun.

Thanks will have to look up confit. Bok Chou is a great call. Decided to break it down as well.

May look up a balsamic reduction but think a port reduction will suffice. Bought Taylor flagate as a port.
