In midget horse racing would the jockeys be smaller or are the horses midgets? Either way sounds intriguing

I just tried to post a new thread in main street and upload an image to the thread from my library on my phone and it said I don't have permission...what does this mean Dr. Jack...am I doing it wrong...

I will check on this. Were you able to upload image on reg site without app? It probably has same permissions. I posted several threads with it (without images)
