CappersMall Awards Nominations Thread

This is the nominations thread. You the people can nominate as many people as you want in the remaining 4 categories.

Capper of the Year
Rookie of the Year (must be Join Date in 2006)
Jackson Award (CappersMall top nice/good guy)

Poster of the Year

We are not adding new awards. We are keeping it simple.


Thread of the Year (Winner)
Poster Upinya83 for his work So I was cruising around the internet tonight



This thread will run to Dec 22nd. Than 3 finalists in each category will compete in a poll. On Jan 1st the awards will be given out. gl

While I agree that Upinya's fine detective work in the ECUboydrew case almost assuredly guarantees that he will run away with Poster of the Year, isn't it only fair that this category be opened up for nominations?

Certainly there are others who's efforts deserve to be recognized in this very prestegious award.

Rookie of the year is kind of a curse anyway. Too many who win the awar let it go to their head and flame out their sophomore season.

Poster of the year: BBP; but since hes banned probably Romanowski for his work earlier this year, Shark23, Ups and BP gets a nod for a good poster that knows nothing about sports or gambling, gl.

Capper of the year: Probably me if you look at the overall body of work, but since Im humble, Ill say skyz$$, Judge so long as you elimiate his Texas stuff and Dave NZ
