yea, thats what i figured ... just was giving it a test on my side.

also adding, i use mozilla firefox with the standard cappersmall skin. it could be a 'browser' issue or a skin issue

Yes we removed the coin for now because it wasn't working right. It works perfect the old way and working on the coin. Is that what you mean?

Yeah the gold coin....I just thought maybe Ups had to accept the donation before it left my account but 4 days later the points still sat under my name so I just donated them the old way yesterday.

Yeah for some reason the gold coin wasn't working right, the normal way to donate still works as it should, and Jack is trying to figure out that gold coin to see if he can get it to work the same way

Maybe the reason the 5 reward points seems to be hit & miss with me is what skin of cappersmall I am using. I didnt know there were a few you could use and I only know the default one that loads when I go to the site. Is that the one I should be using? (I am using Google Chrome as my web browser, if that makes a difference)

i am not sure LOrd- it just sounds like some are getting them and some are not. Jack will get it all figured out

We will continue to try and figure it out and if we can't, we will just turn off that feature. For now, if you get it - great and if you don't - not much we can do. But we are looking at it

I appreciate you taking the time & effort with this situation. From what I am able to observe, I received them last night, so maybe what you fixed has well fixed the situation.
