How many members have the mall's page as an icon on their computer
screen so you don't have to type it up on the web?

Easier way is when you are on the cappers mall page :

left hand corner :
go to file :
then send shortcut to desktop...

I have xp version so not sure how others work ..

puter crashed one day spent 2 hrs on phone with dell people
had to reinstall all the disks

after that i spent 8 weekends sat + sun studying evrything i could about the computer
so mostly self taught after that..

no expert but I get by
