I see you finally joined the madness Dr. J, careful with how you go about tweeting, very delicate process. I think it best you just sit back and observe others for awhile to see how the pros handle it.
Once you become full time, you have to stick with it, or your following will dwindle. Probably some user-friendly twitter plugins available for your respective forum software that will make things easier.

I've had that account for a bit, I haven't use it all that much.
