My friend ( a car salesman) and I were in a bar one time and he pointed this guy out of the crowd and told me that he was screwed. I inquired and he told me that Mitsubishi had a no payment for a year program going. The guy was making about $9 an hour and living with his grandmother, but getting ready to move into an apt. They found a way to finance him for this vehicle. He told me that the guys payments were going to be nearly $875 a month. I asked him what would happen and he said that the guy would more than likely lose the car after awhile. I questioned him on his being able to do this to people and he said " if they are that stupid, then that's what they get". He would also tell stories about getting extra money down, when they didn't need it. He said they received more when they got more money down. I could never be a car salesman................

BFD: I would like to think that there might be some good peopl that don't take advantage of people just because they are in a certain field, but they absolutely screwed my brother who is oblivious to anything going on. Some TV station ran a under cover special last year that caught all these people taking advantage of people...It was pretty good!

You can't blame them though. Their income is from "screwing" people. I wonder what they'll choose? Paying the rent? or being a "nice guy"

Sales= Money. Everybody in sales tells you the things you want to hear.

Of all of the major universities in America, Texas Tech graduates constitute the highest percentage of those that will eventually be car salespersons.

This is a fact and it is undisputed.
