Change the date and time on your computer before sending the email.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

it affects the "sent date". The e-mail was sent from the sender's computer of course, meaning it is time stamped before it gets to the recipient's computer. And yes changing the time/date on your computer is how you would do that.

How bright is this person that you want to send this "back dated" email to??

Your plan will only work if this person only checks his/her email once a month. If will not work if this person checks his/her email daily.
