Cheap mp3 player?
Do any of you guys out there have a decent, simple mp3 player that you'd recommend?
We bought the kids some nice video ones from Creative but I just need something to throw some music on and take to the gym so I don't want to spend a lot.
I'm tired of listening to the slow R&B that seems to be playing there more and more so any help is appreciated.

Don't know what size you are looking for but I have a Scandisk. Picked it up for 80

I started checking out the SanDisks out on amazon and there's a ton of them and decent prices so I might just grab one of those.

i think you mean $150

4GB is the cheapest model...i recommend the nano as well

I need something cheaper. It's going to end up getting abused and the only time I'll use it is the hour or so I'm in the gym.
I ended up getting the Zen from Creative for the kids because of the video formats it played but for me I just want something I won't feel bad about when I drop it in the parking lot and run it over by accident lol.

i saw it 3 weeks ago for $100. might have been a special offer but i hope not as i was going to get one.

from where? may have been a refurb as apple tends to have consistent pricing no matter where you buy from.
