Check out INO
VGX (which is now owned by INO) gets a contract for 5x it's annual revenues. No PR yet as far as I know. Shares only are around $0.60.
Biotechs are always a gamble but this is big for this company. I'm in @ 0.65. Watching it very closely Monday for press. Per FedBizOps, Inovio Biomed (AMEX:INO) subsidary VGX Pharmaceuticals is awarded a 23.5m contract from the Department of Health & Human Services for HIV vaccine work. INO annual revs are only 5.1m. Sachsich - I look everywhere I can. I don't have the best streaming news so I rely on others to post things. For INO, I saw it in TheLion.com- good for compilation posts.
I also scan live chat rooms, Yahoo finance, posts here, Reuters, CNBC, etc. INO, no PR yet (again with these slacker bios ugh) kills the momentum and people just take them off the radar. I'll hold this until it goes one way or the other.

nice run up today. got in a 0.61, got 1/4 of my position at 0.71

Nice job ZoomVT. INO's been a disappointment so far with no press release. Don't know why they wouldn't play it up. But a contract like that can only boost fundamentals. I may keep it a bit longer, it's a wait and see. Like I said, these biotechs are lottery plays.

perhaps they are worried that it will go to waste? with the market as is, this news would get buried and wont have the effect it should.
instead if they wait until market stabilizes, and a news release they could have a much better spike. but what do i know.

Sold my position in INO today @ .71 (+0.06) only because it didn't do what I expected when I made the buy, which was a quick run up on the contract news. Still believe it's got potential.

sold another 1/4 of my original position at 0.75. holding the rest and putting a short leash in case it drops.
