Never smoked a good prime rib. Takes away from the natural flavors. Put it in the oven for 2 and 1/2 hours until it reaches about 120 degrees. It'll be a good medium rare. You want something smoked smoke a beef brisket, pork butt or chicken. Cheaper cuts of meat

Chinese food

Preceded by a movie of course (saw The Mule. Impressive that Eastwood is still directing and acting at age 88, but it was more than a bit slow, and it definitely did not compare to some of his other films)

Tried it in the airless fryer. I have done it several times on the pellet smoker and it always turned out great, but decided to try it in the Big Easy Fryer. Turned out damn fine. Was missing the slight smoke flavor, but made up for it in a nice crispy bark. I had done several pork loins and boston butts in it before, and curiosity got the better of me.

Needless to say I recommend either way.
