Anywhere there are a bunch of Mexicans, you can get good Mexican food. We've got a lot of illegals up here in SLC and over in Nevada. Great Mexican restaurants, taco carts on every block downtown, and old guys with mustaches and straw hats standing there selling homemade tamales in bags when you pull out of large parking lots.

The worst thing about living inland, though, is that seafood is terrible. I miss the Gulf Coast where the fishing and shrimp boats pull up to the docks and the food is on your plate in a few hours. If you're eating seafood up here, it's been frozen and put on a truck for days, and it tastes like it.
