Collards and Black Eyed Peas Today

Collards cooked with smoked turkey necks and a couple of ham bones.
Black eyed peas smoked for four hours then slow cooked another 4 hours with hog jowels and ham bones. With fresh onios and cornbread

This is slap your grandma good

Do the same except use pork neckbones instead of turkey. Man some good eating --don't do the hog jowls either
