Comment on Covers forums

The software is shit lacking even edit and spell check options and looks totally cheap especially compared to this site and eog. Why do they get a million times more posters and activity than the more attractive forums?

I agree completely but they must have some kind of marketing edge to get away with the dinosaur software and still command a huge audience.

Definitely see why it gets more traffic than EOG. Especially when the head mod starts 4 threads per game that he gets a "bad beat" in. Mofademe does a lot of whining and needs to be reeled in a bit. The whole internet tough guy routine he does comes across as high-schoolish but I guess shrink is okay with it.

Nice forum to view but you must know who is who as you do with any forum. When you get older you settle with what you know and work with what has worked over the years. This is the most fair site in internet gambling and the people here are fun to have fun with and learn from. What works for one doesn't work for others. Good luck this season guys.

sbr has great software with tons of bells and whistles and still is not the greatest forum, much to do with the body of posters

I guess different strokes, diff business models, etc

mo is ok, can be emotional at times, liked him better as just a power poster then mod

dude has 130k posts lol

As part of my responsibilities at BetFirstClass, I participate in several forums on a daily basis and I wholeheartedly agree with Steel's statement.

As for Covers a number of us used to post in a "proline" section which is now the "Sports Lottery" section. Have a look over there now as compared to what Jack has here in the CFL and Proline section. Cappers is solid top to bottom. I chuckle to myself when I see other sites come up with top 10 gambling forum lists, and sometimes don't even see this place listed.

This is the first sports betting form I found on the internet and this is the only one I have ever used. End of story. I have never even heard of any of the other ones actually.

I quite enjoy it here, its nice to see a sports forum without the typical plethra of classless douchebags.
