Computer Issue help needed
Having computer issues.
I got a fair way through updating the standings. Then everytime I pushed a key my computer beeped. Now I can't go near the mall on my PC by trying to do any function without it playing up. For example I push "t" and t45 comes up everything I push backspace and everything goes tiny on the screen. There are some keys that work but not enough. I did a system restore to few days ago but the same problems remain. Am writing this from a laptop.....but need to get the problem resolved before I can try the standings again. Don't want to risk the same problem happening to other computers. Anyone know what is going on here? Maybe a hardware keyboard issue? Thats what I'm thinking and hope.....oh yeah and I lost what I had done with the standings grrr

Sounds like a keyboard problem. Do you have another keyboard to swap it with to see if the problem continues?

Weird because the keyboard is only 4-5 weeks old.

Actually lots of things I could use. Will give it a go. If doesn't work, will try another keyboard later.

bet a weekend of netball and buy a new one
 dunno what all people do with their computers... i always run around fix other peoples machines... but mine run smooth like nothing else... my opitcal mouse gave up... tried with another, run well, tested my mouse at another pc and same prob, so prolly smashed it at my outburst when silverstars gave up a lead twice some weeks ago... got a new and prob solved. your problem sounds weird... the beep surely comes from the fact that the computer thinks you press more than 3 keys at same time, and from teh fact with the backspace and tiny patterns i suppose it is your ALT and/or CONTROL key that got an 'issue'... if it's new, replace it in the store that you bought it... after you checked the issue with another keyboard.
