Computer On Or Off When Away/Asleep?
Is your home computer turned on or off when asleep or away/at work ?
A) Turned Off - I like to save energy (meaning I'm cheap-save electricity) B) Turned ON ( I'm afraid I might not get an important email) C) Never thought about it , thanks you blankety blank now I will ...

always left on, it goes into sleep after about 1-2 hours though

leave my laptop on during the day when i come and go from class...when i go to bed though i always turn it off. Not good to leave it on all of the time

The part on any computer that is most likely to fail is the power supply as a result of turning the computer on and off. Never turn your computer off, simply let it go into sleep mode.

I nearly always leave my home computer turned on (sleeping or away stays on), after reading this maybe I should turn it off more often.

i turn it off after every use
Does get old rebooting but i just roll with the punches like everything else in life.
