Confused about advertising/recommending SBG

I see on the top of the page you have SBG advertised along with what were other books that were the ones cappersmall recommends. Is SBG now considered a book tha is recommended? If so, how can you explain this seeing as they have screwed so many people over? Even if it is just an advertisement how could you allow such a shady book to do so on a site that claime to try and help players?

This site has expenses and like other sites we sell advertising to help pay for those expenses. We have invested a lot of money in this site over the years and without advertising we could not do many of the things we are able to do in this forum.

Concerning SBG – They have been around a long time and I have heard about some of the rumors. We were approached several times over the years and to be honest were reluctant to accept. Last year I personally decided to try them out and tested them out for about a year. I also had another tester. I received a few timely payouts and actually the payouts were even a little better than some other respected books at the time. I decided to test them out myself because many others have them advertising and I figured I would judge them by my own experience which I have not pushed in the forum, but the fact is, it went well.

Part of the deal was also we have a personal contact over there and we could get involved if anyone who opened at SBG through CappersMall has any problems which has not happened to date. Like all books we do any advertising for, they all know that any legitimate problems for CM members we will not advertise for them.

By the way they have been on the site for several months now. I guess you just noticed.

Cappers Mall is a sports handicapping forum that brings sports bettors together to talk sports handicapping. We are not a watchdog service, never have been and never will. I would like to think that I do try to help anyone that has an issue with any book that was opened through CM. I believe in most cases (although limited) I have done that. Actually I have helped others with books, not advertised here as well on a few occasions.

If you or any member is not comfortable with SBG or any book on this site, please do not sign up with them. If anyone has signed up with SBG or any book and has any problems at all – please contact me and I will absolutely do what I can do and make sure the book does as well or they won’t be advertised here.

I didn't question your or any other persons credibility. All I asked was why a book that had supposedly screwed so many people would be at a place I considered reputable and out to help people. Just an explanation to make sense of everything. If anything the fact that I wondered showed I consider this site a good honest place....which why I wondered what I did.

Maybe your defensiveness means you too feel uncomfortable with having them here. Just because you question why someone does something does not in fact mean you question their morals/credibilty. It is in asking questions that you gain knowledge.

With a statement like that you must be a genius. You are one of those idiots who if you weren't too busy being a kiss ass sheep....would also wonder exactly what I did. How can anyone not question the SBG thing when in fact I never heard one good thing about them from this site. In fact how amny stories of people getting ripped off have there been? Lots. He answered your question yet you continue to persist.. why not PM or Email him direct concerning this instead of shouting it out on the load speaker? if you got boned by the book is one thing but calling him out on is another. Those of us that know jack KNOW he wouldnt pick up a sponsor unless he felt comfortable about it.. not saying you don't have the right to question but it would have been better asking him one on one to find out the facts first.

I didn't really think to ask HIM specifically. I don't know if he is the only one who makes these decisions or what. And I did not persist I only said it TWICE and that was because you stuck your nose in so I had to reiterate my point
