How come Americans dont go for doping control and why thay refused any doping control in last Olympic games? They even said " Amercian team will leave Olympic Games if someone try to push us to do doping control"

I am not trying to avoid how PHELPS is excellent but somone make deal and say "We have to have guy who will WIN 8 medals" This is normal what they do.
