Glass Rolling Papers

A relatively recent development is the transparent rolling paper. These papers are 100% cellulose.

Cellulose is the main constituent of all plant tissues and fibers (part of the cell walls of all plant cells), used in the manufacture of many fibrous products, including paper, textiles, and explosives. It is essentially transparent paper. They are technically ungummed, but due to the inherent tackiness of these papers, no gum is needed. In theory, this is the perfect paper material, due to a lack of impurities.

As you can see, they are quite transparent. They look and feel like slightly tacky plastic. They seem to resist tearing better than rice paper. They are stacked flat in the pack instead of being interleaved, so they are a bit more difficult to take out of the pack than a normal paper would be.

These are 1.25" papers, which is pretty normal. Many people like to use larger papers for ease when rolling by hand, but due to the above mentioned stickiness, it is actually very easy to roll and seal a sizeable cigarette with these.
