Got another one for you ksturg. deer canneloni
mince your meat, fry it the same way with the precooked onions (add 4 minced cloves of garlic when the onion is transparent) combine in a bowl with frozen chopped spinach (thawed). Roll that into cooked pasta sheets (home made is best), or giant pre boiled pasta shells. top with tomato sauce, homemade (got a good one for that too) or canned. drizzle with white sauce (sm pot on the stove melt 1 tbsp of butter on med heat, add 1 tbsp of allpurpose flour. whisk vigorously. the mixture should bubble and be frothy rather than stick together, if it sticks there's too much flour, u gotta start over. cook for 90 secnds, keep mixture moving or it'll be brown sauce, slowly add milk or cream while whisking till it becomes like melted nacho cheese, simmer for 9 mins on low add salt and peper to taste.
Put all this in a lasange tray and bake @350 for 30-45 mins covered.
This one killed at new years.
