Kangaroo best way to prepare and/or serve what with it, thanks. Any tips/suggestions?

The best Kangaroo I've ever eaten, was cut very thin, then fried on a high heat briefly on either side and seasoned with worcestershire sauce and salt. Then again the steaks are good too, I prefer rare-medium.
This is quite a good recipe, but each to his own I don't know what you like.

Thanks Dave, will try your suggestions...

recently tried it, loved it, very gamey taste, had a roo burger, was too dry cause of how lean it is, so next time gonna marinade it overnight to make it juicier. Healthiest red meat around, think all who have the chance should try it, thanks again, cheers.
