I used to work for Child Support Enforcement in Florida. Oddly enough, on a percentage basis, the hardest group to collect from are deadbeat moms.

My wife's ex- paid his CS on time every month and occasionally threw in a little extra around the holidays and birthdays. Not much, but still...compared to what I've seen and heard, it was damned generous.
