I don't know why we keep all these inmates on death row for so many years......Amazing! If they want to die, let em do it!

The "juice" they saved could probably power a small town in Texas.

Isn't Dewayne Johnson the "ROCK"???

He killed himself? I'd like to hear his version...

The Death penalty is indeed based solidly on "constitutional" grounds...

If you murder a prosecution witness, you should die yourself...Where the Police can't protect witnesses, The Law must do so...

However, at least some of the States are not meeting their burden for ensuring the wrong person is not being executed

Kenneth Richey...on Ohio's Death Row is being executed for a crime that never occurred...

..no crime of "arson"; no crime of "murder".

One of the reasons that the Defense Team's "Fire Expert" was ruled "incompetent"....

...was because the DEFENSE EXPERT did not IMMEDIATELY recognize the the State of Ohio's "Fire Expert" from the Ohio Crime Lab was himself "incompetent"

That's correct.... the Ohio Crime Lab expert had not kept up with the current technology/"fire science"...

...and had used a "discredited methodology" to claim "arson"

Any competent defense expert should have looked at the testing methodology used by the OCL and immediately recognized the State's expert HIMSELF was "incompetent"....

..since the "defense expert" himself did not spot this immediately...

..he TOO was ruled "incompetent"...."ineffective assistance of counsel"

That poor scmuck has been in prison for 19 years for the crime of being "drunk and disorderly"
