how is everyone in the u.s. depositing to your online accounts(mainly betjm)just called them and told me they accept visa gift cards, western union and cashiers checks because my credit card company doesnt allow deposits. Was going to try the visa gift card but just curious what everybody else was doing.Also how do you withdraw..Any help would be appreciated.

Western Union is a little more of a hassle but is a tried and true method. Most books will pick up the fees for deposits over $300.
