Never heard of them, which is usually a bad start. I always stick to the bigger more established books. Less likely to have probs.

I had to open an account with Diamond (betdsi) because I had won a contest sponsored by them. I find that their VIG is always higher than everyone else. For example, if Team A is -125 at Diamond, other books will have it at -115. The only thing I like about them is they offer a lot more action on some of the non mainstream sports. One thing that I really don't like is that they take a long time to grade the results. For example, if I have the entire amount placed on an early NFL game and I win, they may not grade it in time for me to use the money to wager on the late game.
