did anybody else have bad experience with CRIS customer service?

i have been trying to withdraw money since the 20th...and have not recieved a penny yet..they say wrong bank account info etc...used same info for PInnacle and no problems.

PROBLEM#1:
I called customer service on the phone 20th dec for the "instant checking withdrawl". it was anything but INSTANT....maybe this has something to do with me having a canadian account..still that is pathetic. anyway after a dozen calls to CRIS and the financial institution they deal with i got funds back in my CRISaccount today. the money was just missing since last week when they tried to make the transaction. Called in again today with updated account info and will update when money is in the bank.

PROBLEM#2:
when i called on the 20th i had asked for $1000...somehow they decided only to send $862..as that was the amount deducted from my CRISaccount..yet nothing was actually received. GUESS what after i got my money back in account today and tried this withdrawl again today by PHONE and again asked for ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS...they took out $856...as i found out this evening...WTF!! is their a problem with giving out $1000??? i just can't figure it out..first time it had happened...i asked CSR...they said they had no idea why they would come up with $862...i thought to myself..ok maybe one CSR..didn't hear me correctly etc..etc...but the same thing happens AGAIN today...

if there is any other canadians reading this...have you had the same problem withdrawing money to your bank account from CRIS or any other book?

i have done transactions with pinny before and even though they don't have phone customer service...they are way better to deal with than CRIS i have to say unfortunately...

I have many sportsbooks related problems with Canadian bettors. I am sure there are a lot of Canadians like Pitt Viper and Chinaman who may be of good assistance.

Hey I have had Huge Problems with a Withdrawal from BET365 in the UK...
Took 2 weeks for them... They take it easily and seem to not want to give it back to you.. Most companies have found do it in 48 hours yet these guys two weeks..
Just thought I would warn people as other companies like USA MVP Sportsbook and BetWWTS paid out in 24 Hours to my account, I was impressed and the Same for William Hill of the UK..
Best Experience with a Bookie to date has been with a Poker company WiseGuyCasino they bent over backwards to help set up the account and pay out on it.. 10 Stars for them...

Desimunda:
I would close out that account immediately. There are so many sportsbooks out there. If any of them make the smallest mistake with me I'm off to the next one. I've had slow pays from some of the big boys out there and I immediately move on to another book despite their apologies and bs (..."we have never had a complaint about slow pays" -- well, you do now).

Can you have them mail you a check? Or use Neteller?

thanks for all the replies guys...bob i might get them to send a cheque eventually if the problem persists...
ya i am looking for another book...i like PINNY not sure about CRIS now...i need a book that allows you to move the line for example for the college game on thursday between LSU and miami florida offers something like:
LSU +2.5 - 2.60

also what I really need is to be able to buy and/or sell points on NHL totals...anybody have a reliable book that does that?

OK finally today i got my money..but had to go the neteller way.

CANADIAN BE WARNED...the instant checking CRIS offers for deposits/withdrawls most likely will not work for you...that is what CSR there told me that they have this problem with canadian banks. CRIS has neteller free on fridays upto 2500..
