1. i dont think it was on purpose. the time out was very late and he was already on his throwing motion. benefit of the doubt says the ball could have slipped.

2. charge the mound is an exageration. he walked towards plte because abreu was talking shit and pointing at him.

3. there is no past history between them, no reason to do that. it was a 0-0 game. and it was early in the game.
