I dont ever go, i look at the deals just in case but no way im sitting in line for hours in the f-ing cold.

I will be going later today to Brooks Brothers. Getting 40% off everything and i got a couple of gift cards to burn.

its not that. i have done it for shows in the past.

here is the deal. Most of this doorbusters are good value, in the sense that you get something for a lot cheaper than normal, but the quality of the items being sold is not that great. So sitting in line for 6 hours outside best buy to get 1 of the 10 Emerson Blu Ray players for $30 is not worth it.

and i somehow knew you would be the first one to reply...

the only thing my g/f wanted was a crock pot that was down to 14.99 with free ship from newegg...it started at 3am but i just woke up and it's sold out, couldn't even do it right from home lol

i think the idea of black friday is past its prime.....now you can get great deals all year especially with sites like amazon, newegg, overstock or ebay. maybe you can't get the shop vac for 29.99 but you can probably find the ****er for 39.99 somewhere and don't have to sleep outside on the sidewalk to get it

we wife and daughters went out last night at 10 PM... they lasted until 2 AM... looking at their stash looks like we bought lots of movies, video games, and Rock Band for the Wii.... yippie skippie
