Did you go to school with anyone famous?

I got this idea from Bart (Booyah). This could be a good discussion.

I went to a rather large high school here in Michigan but I can't think of a single person that other people would know. There was a buddy of mine that was an extra in the movie Jerry Maguire. There are a couple of basketball players that are playing overseas now.

Kelly Butler, OL drafted by the Detroit Lions out of Purdue, went to junior high school with my cousin. The guy was huge even back then. My cousin has video of him playing in their basketball championship game. Pretty funny stuff.

Who else?

Tom Burnett, one of the heroes of Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania was in my graduating class in Bloomington, Minnesota

Several players from my school went onto play in the NHL, Mark Parrish, Tom Pederson, Mike Crowley among others

Tom Ruud who went onto play football at Nebraska of the famous Ruud family also went to my high school

Lane Kiffin, Offensive Coordinator of USC, also a graduate of my high school

Forgot to mention, Kevin Lynch who I played basketball with for many years went onto play at the Univiersiy of Minnesota and also in the NBA with the Charlotte Hornets.

I could go on and on, but don't want to bore anyone anymore

I went to school with Johnny Messner. He's not that famous, but he's been in a few Bruce Willis movies, and he's the guy in the white T-Shirt in Anaconda: Blood Orchid. F*cker owes me like $300 too.

Yeah, that's pretty sad that our entire school turned out to be failures, except for that one guy.

However, If coach would have put me in fourth quarter, we would’ve been state champions no doubt, no doubt in my mind. You better believe things would've been different. I'd have gone pro, in a heartbeat. I'd be making millions of dollars and livin' in a big ol' mansion somewhere... you know, soaking it up in a hot tub with my soul mate.
