Horrible customer service. Just spent an hour on the phone with a tech and now my control won't work. My TV freezes and they want to spend an hour with you on the phone only to make things worse. If it wasn't for the NFL ticket I would kick this company to the curb.

DirectTv sucks, should have known that. Only good thing like you said is the NFL ticket.

Wish smaller companies would hop along that

I agree. Every issue I have brought up, they have corrected. I even got $120 off the NFL package this year because I called and asked why new customers got the ticket for free.

Grant it, I only have them for the NFL package and there are times during storms I lose the reception, but it's part of company I have to deal with.

The worst company ever!!!! I finally switched. It was so bad that I didnt care about the NFL package anymore. I am so happy I switched. Been a year and half since I switched.

There is a reason they are giving the NFL package free to new subcribers, because people are dropping them like a bad habit.

Comcast is the best,but i have dtv also cause comcast does not come out to lincoln,but i have to keep them to watch my jets.
