Direct tv SUCKS

I have been a direct TV customer for as long as I can remember. For the last 4 months my tv freezes and you have ti reset it to be able to watch it. I am sick of direct tv they suck and if they didn't have the NFL ticket I wouldn't waste my time with them. Phucked up company.

Might be a television issue......no issues here. Comcast is far worse.

directv is great. you will get something free for what you had to deal with...just call.

Another option...cancel your account (if you are out of the contract)...sit without tv for a few days and then order again. they will bring all new hardware (newest receivers and dish) and hook it up...

sounds like a lot but, worth it.

TV froze up again this morning. Direct TV sent out some jackass and he told me it was my dish so he moved it and guess what its still phucking up. I pay for the insurance for the equipment and they have dicked me around for over a month now. This morning I called in and FINALLY they are going to give me a replacement for this HD piece of shit receive. If it freezes up today they can pick their equipment up in the street. So sick of them trying to do everything but give me a NEW phucken receiver. They are suppose to call me in 2 hours I will believe it when it happens.

I think Directv is better than dish net.and time warner and comcast and whatever else. The one thing that blows is that I have like you steel been with direct for a long time and I do not get HD free and new customers do. That really blows..

If you call as often as I have they will let you know when you are elgible for your next $ break or free programming. I wanted to leave but not having the ticket to watch my Lions on would mean I would see about 4 games a year living in Minnesota and 2 of them would be the Viking games.

If you call about free HD I'm pretty sure they will hook you up.

Frozen again so now I have an idiot case worker wanting me to do the same shit I have done with the last 44 phucken idiots. I am having the 3rd tech in a month come over. This isn't going to be good. Been on the phone with these people most of the day. I am sure they have heard plenty from me. I just want a new HD receiver is it really this hard.

free HD for life with autopay.....my tech who installed was smart as fuk and left Comcast for DirecTV.

Having a legit tech definitely helped.

I love DirectTV and can't say nothing bad...if you live in Canada DirectTV is 100 times better than anything else...cable and dish companies fu*king blow up here...
