It takes much longer to meet the rollover requirements for bonuses if wagers are not concentrated at one particular book.

Before all the shit hit the fan in the US...I think I had money in 5 or 6 betting accounts and about 5 or 6 poker sites.

Nowadays I only use Greek,BetJam, and Wagerstreet. and Stars and Tilt for poker.

I too don't like my money scattered around everywhere.

Consolidation to a few reputable books certainly reduces the risks.

What has happened is that many off shore books are run by the same people, as is the case in Vegas. This eliminates one of the players big advantages, that being the abilit to "shop" for points. Another big disadvantage to multiple off shore books is that you do not know which one is going down next. Obviously it is more profitable for the books to have one line, and to stick by it, with a very small variation (1/2 point). This is just another example of how the gaming industry is trying to take more and more of your money. Costs have skyrocketed. It cost these people a lot more money to stay in business now than it did 5 yers ago. These additional costs have to be pased on to the consumer (wage placer) some how. Cutting the players advantage is one way of controling these costs. In the old days, there was no such thing as a "rollover requirement". That is just another gimick to pass costs on to you.

Look, if you have nothing to contribute.....stay the hell out of this thread.

Judging from your record.....

http://cappersmall.com/forums/search...earchid=791057

.....you have contributed nothing to the forum.

All you do is mock others with putdowns.

If you know so much, why do you even participate in forums such as this????

Then don't accept bonuses. To have multiple accounts is the only way to go, prudent line shopping is the trait of a strong capper and a money maker in the long run as better prices are gained on every play thus saving you money on a loss of a better priced favorite, or gaining money on a better priced dog.

Verdict,

Please make your points without personal attacks okay? It’s really not that hard. When you make a point with an attack it lessens the importance of the point you are trying to make.

JMO, There is not one disadvantage of having multiple sports books.

At no time did I say...."Have only ONE account" or words to that effect.

What you do is for YOU to decide.

I am only presenting a view from 180 degrees away.

FYI.....I do have more than one book.

Nor did I say you did have only one account.

Simply stated a solution to the rollover requirement factor, by not accepting bonuses.

....and that multiple books is the only way to go in my opinion.

wasn't referring to you directly at all, just answering point you made on bonuses and rollover, and my opinion that multiple books are the way to go.

cheers.
