Do Most Relationships Just Flat Fail?

I was putting something in the air with a few of my friends like an hour ago. This one kid went into full Katt Williams skit mode when he talks about the couch vs loveseat.

he just blurted out, "I'm 94.2% sure all relationships end badly." And me being a little, ok a lot of bit stoned, said, "you know, you right."

Why do we set ourselves up to fail here? We can say seanie mac it's because you are a fat stiff, and you be right . It wasn't about me. I have seen just since June, 3 long relationships go down, a divorce after 2 years, one after 8 months, and an engagement go to shit.

I pretty much wing every relationship, I have no idea what's going on. Why are we not just f'n bitches and giving the cab fare? Bitches are crazy.

Best of luck to you while you are in search mode. Speak for yourself but my wife is gold. Best thing I ever did and having kids was the second. If all relationships end like you say then I feel like a lucky man. As a matter of fact our Anniversary is the 31st of July. 18 years and I look forward to many more.

Seanie, I posted in this thread to give you hope in finding someone special. Please refrain from dragging my wife into this mall. You can say what you want about me.

Let's be honest. A mutually beneficial relationship between an educated couple these days is nearly impossible.

Even 75 years ago, a commitment between a couple was mostly based on survival as the man was the bread winner while the woman maintained the household. Those definitions of a family are much different today and women have wisely learned that they no longer have to be the subordinate.

Welcome to the 21st Century, fellas. Most of you are no longer in control of your destiny.
