The posted Ohio st money line +200. I deposited more money in there to bet this. Now, they will not let me refund my money...any of it! Even what I already had in there ...for seven days!

Also, they will not refund and parlays I had with Ohio St.

Wagerstreet is a chump book....bad customer service...will not pay out!

I am pissed!

Are you mad that they won’t honor the bet (before it starts) on a typo?

As far as the withdrawal – what do you mean they will not let you? What are they saying?

What method did you use to deposit this money? I know alot of books have a time delay on certain ways that you deposit before you can withdraw money

I had money in my account. I made an additional deposit. They will not allow me to refund the original money I had in my account. Does that make sense?

Hmmm funny.. i've been using this book for years and NEVER A PROBLEM !! Sounds like something that can be resolved.. God forbid you took the patience of emailing jack behind closed doors to see if he could of gotten it straightened out for you..

Books in general do not take kindly to a bettor attempting to exploit an obviously bad line. By comparison, if you were a shop owner and had put a price tag on an item in your store that was actually half of the price that you had intended, would you appreciate a customer attempting to purchase a dozen of the items at the obviously mistaken price?

This has happened at all books some time in the past

At least two times, I've seen obviously mistake lines put out

The best thing to do is contact the book and let them know, they have even given me a free bet in the past when I did so

If you try to exploit it, they will most likely freeze your account. Not just this book, but all books

I just got your email and will look in to it.

I did want to point this out from their web site

• Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obviously "bad" line due to data input or clerical error. Wagerstreet.com will attempt to notify all customers by E-mail, or the customers selected method of notification prior to canceling any wagers.

We will not honor wagers made on an obvious error including reversed favorites or honor any attempts to past-post (bet after an event has started).


Bonuses - Also from the web site explains what is required on your deposit/bonus. I am not sure if this applies to you yet or not.

Note in order to receive a bonus and wager with his bonus the user must agree to the following;
• All bonuses must be claimed within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit transaction.
Deposit plus bonus must be fully rolled over five times before any withdrawals can be made.
• Rolled Over means that the customer's total action must meet the amount deposited including the bonus and fees (5x)
• A $100.00 deposit plus a $20.00 bonus requires $600.00 in total wagers before a payout request can be made.
• Bonuses given on sportsbook deposits must be rolled over in the sportsbook. Casino wagering does not count towards the rollover
