Do u like Lobster ? If so....

How do u like it ?

My mate just got me a couple. Eat them quite often, one of the great things about NZ is the ocean is near most towns / Cities.

Have never done much with them. How I usually eat them is with abit of slat and pepper and dipped lightly in vinegar. How do u like yours ?

Dipped lightly in butter or just eat it by it self. Tried it in garlic butter but is takes away the taste of the lobster.

Agree that taste of the lobster is great, thats why I've never altered it much.

Everyone always puts butter on them, I use to be lactose intolerant so i wasnt having it.

Recently i outgrew the intolerance, so they are both on my list and quite near the top too.

Bye the way, cheeseburger trash plate (rochester people will know) with mac and home fries and french fries

King Crabber are great too, dont even need butter for them. But hot bubbling butter with lobster dipped in is the simple way to go. Unreal, some steamers with butter on the side and your golden.

Lobster or crayfish is my fav food.

my favorite meal of all time was marinated cray, bbq'd (over hot coals, still in shell) on a beach in Thailand.

wish I got to eat lob/cray on a regular basis
