Do you really care if anyone actually views or post in your thread? POLL

Just wondering if it really matters to you whether anyone views, posts/responds to your thread?

For me, it's nice if someone actually gives a crap about what I'm picking/playing or what I have to say. But in the big scheme of things, I guess it's not that big of a deal if no one opens or views one of my threads.

What do you think?

I won't lose any sleep if I don't get replies or posts. At the end of the day, I'm sharing winners and losers. When I'm winning, I hope it helps everyone following. When I'm losing, I hope everyone decided to fade me that day.

I don't care as much about my personal plays that I post as I do the other info.

If people don't view my goalie, ref, umpire, office pool info, it's their loss. Yes, I work for 10 to 30 minutes on some of those info posts, and would like the views that those post deserve, but that is solid info. It helps me win on a regular basis, and should help others.

I hate to see someone betting a favorite with a 3rd-string goalie in, or an over with Dick Bavetta reffing, or a road team with Tim McClelland umping. It's like throwing away money.

I don't care, I pretty much like to lurk and get a consensus of certain cappers. You can tell the people who care very much, they usually type in large size and hype their picks like crazy. Can't stand that shit.

I agree with this to a certain extent. With me its more about the views than replies. 80% of my posted plays are in the horse forum which gets very little action, but when I post plays I like to think that some are looking at them. Whether they reply or not, I could care less. But if I take the time to handicap the races and post them, I would hope that at least some are viewing them.

I think its pretty easy to tell who cares and who doesnt by the way they post. Some here are very dramatic with their GOY and LOCK plays and its pretty obvious they crave attention. And not that there is anything wrong with that, everyone is different. Ive noticed a few posters in the horse forum who are like this and when they dont get the attention, they stop posting.

Don't post plays, but voice my opinion on things somewhat regularly. Could care less what people think, only thing I can't stand is when people bash your opinion, make you out to be an idiot, and then when you are right they disappear and can't man up. Shouldn't really care, but I do for some reason. There is a lot of regulars around here that do that bullshit all the time, and probably keep other people from posting.

I can admit when I am wrong, but some of the 20,000 post amateurs around here make me laugh.

After I put up the poll, I was thinking that very same thing. Irony, at it's best!
