does anyone know how to read a closing statement on a house?

the title company emailed me the closing statement but no one is there now to answer my questions...if anyone here is knowledgeable it would greatly be appreciated....thanks.

the seller is paying a portion of our closing costs but i do not see where we get that credited....i only see what i owe at closing....line 213 says "seller paid closing costs"

are you a first time buyer?? And what type of loan do you have if any?

i sold me house and bought a foreclosure....loan = traditional 30 yrs

what line do i need to look at that tells me that THIS IS WHAT I OWE?

i would then deduct the proceeds from the sale of me other home
