there are two parts to this...

a. yes......obv with lebron and another marquee player he would have an easy job

b. no....now he can blame it on management on not getting him a winning team

kinda agree with wendy here - not a bad thing for him, if they dont perform for the next 3 years its not his fault, in a league where it always seems the blame is thrown on the coach, he has a scapegoat

Without Lebron it is a no lose for him. If they don't do well-everyone expects them to suck now........ If by some miracle he produces anything above 30 wins he will have done a good job.
